Diamond Cove Resort Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Beach

My stay was mixed; while the resort had a good central location and our unit was spacious enough for our needs, it was clear that the place was in need of some significant updates. The cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired, and the service could definitely improve. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it without some serious renovations.

I stayed at this resort for two weeks and had a great time overall. The location was perfect for my family, being near everything without the chaos of the main tourist areas. Our unit was spacious and had a nice view of the pool, which my kids loved. However, it did feel a bit outdated and could use some freshening up. The service from Amanda at reception was outstanding, but I did notice some inconsistency in attentiveness from others at the front desk. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, especially for families, but there’s room for improvement.
